- avoid excessive light, if necesasary, use a screen filter.

- Try to put your feet on the ground or to the leg rest on the computer table comfortably.
- Use a document holder to type a text that is in line with the monitor screen.
- Place keyboard and mouse in a reachable place.
- Try to keep the arm and elbow in a relaxed position and on the side of the body.
- Place the monitor straight from the sight.
- Use a keyboard desk that is movable with a mouse position adjusing keyboard position.if the keyboard desk is skewed up then the mouse has to be higher,when it skews down then the mouse should be lower.
- Use a stable computer desk and a keyboard desk.
- take a quick rest frequently.
